Martine L. Taylor has joined South Shore Habitat for Humanity as executive director.
Taylor has more than 15 years of organizational development, strategic planning and management experience in both the corporate and nonprofit sectors, and she most recently served as a consultant for the development and operations departments at Project Hope in Boston, according to a statement.
"We are pleased to have Martine Taylor join South Shore Habitat for Humanity," said South Shore Habitat for Humanity Board of Directors President Christopher R. Dunn. "With her experience and proven track record of success in organizational development and strategic planning, we believe she will be a valuable asset to the growth of Habitat."
Taylor has served as the New England representative and secretary of the National Affiliate Council and has served on the National Conference Planning Committee and National Committee on Advocacy and Public Policy for Rebuilding Together, according to a statement.
"South Shore Habitat for Humanity has already accomplished so much in the community," said Taylor. "I look forward to working with them to develop more homes for families in need."
