Donna V. Hastings and Carol C. Elloian have been named managers at TD Bank in Essex and Hyannis, respectively.

Hastings will be responsible for business development, consumer and business lending, and managing personnel and day-to-day operations at 15 Martin St. in Essex.

Elloian, a new commercial loan portfolio manager, is responsible for providing a range of lending support to customers throughout the region.

Hastings of Gloucester has 32 years of experience in banking, insurance, sales and business management. Prior to joining TD Bank, she served as a benefits representative at Patriot Financial Group in Beverly.

Elloian of North Falmouth has 24 years of experience in banking, finance and lending. Prior to joining TD Bank, she served as a portfolio manager at Sovereign Bank in Plymouth.
