Cable technology company Casa Systems Inc. has leased 25,068 square feet at River Place at I-93, located at 100 Old River Road in Andover.

Casa Systems renewed its lease and expanded its corporate headquarters office space by 8,982 square feet, according to a statement. River Place at I-93 is a 121,000-square foot-building offering first class office and R&D space.

Brian McKenzie, John Wilson and James Lipscomb of Boston’s Richards Barry Joyce & Partners represented the landlord, CrossHarbor Capital Partners, in the lease transaction. Casa Systems was represented by Boston-based NAI Hunneman.

"CrossHarbor Capital Partners recently made significant upgrades to River Place at I-93, including modernizing the lobby, restrooms and other common areas," said McKenzie, partner at Richards Barry Joyce & Partners. "Additionally, CrossHarbor Capital has a very good ability to understand the needs of its tenants and was able to meet Casa Systems’ expansion requirements."

Building renovations include an updated three-story atrium lobby, improved landscaping, resurfaced parking lots and upgrades to the loading docks and the HVAC system, according to a statement. Nearby amenities include five hotels, a number of dining options, day care providers and fitness facilities.
