Tech Co. Expands, Signs 25K SF Extension In Andover

Technology company Casa Systems Inc. has signed a 25,068-square-foot lease expansion at 100 Old River Road in Andover, increasing its size by four times the 6,800 square feet occupied in Tewksbury 18 months ago.

"Casa Systems is one of the most promising and world-class technology companies in the Greater Boston market today," said Michael McCarthy of Boston-based NAI Hunneman, whose suburban leasing group represented Casa Systems in the transaction. "They have been a great client of NAI Hunneman and we have been very pleased to work with them in assisting and advising them with all of their space needs."

Brian McKenzie of Richards Barry Joyce & Partners represented the landlord, Cross Harbor Capital Partners LLC, in the lease transaction, according to a statement.
