AisleBuyer, which coins itself as the first mobile self-checkout company, has leased 3,000 square feet for its new headquarters at 332 Congress St. in Boston.
The six-story building in Boston’s Innovation District along the waterfront totals 31,000 square feet. The building was purchased in 2007 by National Development and has undergone significant improvements, according to a statement.
"We were pleased to work with a great team of professionals to facilitate our efforts and find a fantastic site in the Innovation District to not only meet our immediate needs today, but also enable us to offer a venue that attracts talent and fosters our growth," said Andrew Paradise, chief executive officer of AisleBuyer.
Eric Solem and Robert Elmer, of Landmark Real Estate Advisors, represented AisleBuyer in the transaction. National Development was represented by Jerome Kyllingstad and Scott Turner as well as Tom Ashe and Ryan Hurd of Richards Barry Joyce & Partners.
"The ability of the ownership team from National Development to respond to this opportunity, made a huge difference in pulling this deal together in a very short time span. We felt that it was a great fit to launch AisleBuyer’s headquarters within their portfolio," said Eric Solem, managing principal for Landmark Real Estate Advisors.
