Kenexa Technology Inc. has leased three floors totaling 65,546 square feet at 343 Winter St. in Waltham.

"Kenexa, a long-term subtenant at 343 Winter St., was the optimum prospect for the building," said Jerome Kyllinstad, a vice president at National Development, the building’s landlord. "Upon completion of their recent acquisition of Salary.com in October 2010, we all worked hard to complete this transaction, which will keep Kenexa in the building for seven years."

Tim O’Callaghan of Binswanger of Massachusetts represented the tenant in the lease transaction, according to a statement. Jon Varholak and Ron Friedman of Richards Barry Joyce & Partners represented the landlord.
