Technology company Apperian Inc. has leased 8,903 square feet of office space at 321 Summer St. in Boston, relocating from 27 Wormwood St.
The transaction also represents an expansion for the company, according to a statement.
Boston-based Grubb & Ellis Co.’s Karyn McFarland, senior vice president, and Matthew Godoff, associate, represented the tenant in the lease transaction. Bill Crean, Ogden White and Tim Howe of C.B. Richard Ellis represented the landlord, Normandy Real Estate Partners.
