Parametric Technology Corp. (PTC) has signed a 320,665-square-foot, three-building corporate campus lease extension in Needham.

PTC, which develops, markets and supports product life cycle management software solutions, extended the lease at 140 Kendrick St. for an additional 10 years, according to a statement. The buildings house more than 1,000 employees.

"PTC is a sophisticated consumer of high performance work space," said Boston Properties Senior Vice President David Provost. "We are honored that 140 Kendrick St. continues to meet their rigorous standards."

FHO Partners represented PTC in the transaction and the landlord, Boston Properties, was represented by Provost and Vice President Jason Fivek.
