Setra Corp. has renewed its lease in Boxborough.

Setra, a manufacturer of pressure transducers, room condition monitors, energy meters and low pressure calibrators, occupies 101,000 square feet at 159 Swanson Road in the Boxborough Corporate Center. This location serves as Setra’s world headquarters and contains light manufacturing, research and development and office space.

Setra first leased the two-story brick building in 1993.

An affiliate of Fairlane Properties purchased the two-building Boxborough Corporate Center in April 2012 for $18.3 million. SynQor Inc. occupies the adjacent building.

Michael Frisoli and Tyler McGrail of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank and Frank Frizalone of Cushman & Wakefield represented Setra. Jamey Lipscomb, Paul Leone and Kirk Weller of Transwestern RBJ represented the landlord, Fairlane Boxborough LLC.
