A joint partnership of Leggat McCall Properties LLC and Dead River Properties LLC has purchased Ames Pond Corporate Center, a 154,200-square-foot office park in Tewksbury, along with a parcel with development potential for a further 150,000 square feet, for $10 million.

The two-building park is located at the I-495 and Route 133 interchange. The property is currently 71 percent leased to seven tenants, with five new leases totaling 100,000 square feet closed since June 2007, according to broker Jones Lang Lasalle. The park was originally built for MetLife and sits on 55 acres overlooking Ames Pond.

The Jones Lang LaSalle team of Managing Directors Cappy Daume, Scott Jamieson and Mike Smith, and Associate Nathaniel Heald, represented the seller and procured the buyer in the transaction.
