The Abbey Group has signed a 10-year lease with Boston University Affiliated Physicians (BUAP) for 6,000 square feet of office space at 575 Boylston St. in Boston. 

"Our building right on Copley Square is in a prime location for medical related tenants," said Alan Goodman, senior vice president for The Abbey Group, in a statement. "The addition of BU Affiliated Physicians is a terrific contribution to the Back Bay community. The residents and workers in the neighborhood appreciate access to high quality medical services, and the location right in Copley Square makes it convenient and easy for their patients."

 "Our new location offers patients an onsite laboratory," said Ravin Davidoff, MB BCh, president of BUAP, and chief medical officer and senior vice president of medical affairs at Boston Medical Center. "We have expanded our clinical space so that it now includes 12 exam rooms with the latest in diagnostic equipment."

 The building has several other medial tenants, and is not yet fully leased.
