The Bulfinch Group, a general agency of New York-based The Guardian Life Insurance Co. of America, has leased 3,990 square feet lease at 300 Ledgewood Place in Rockland.

With Bulfinch’s lease, the three-story, 39,000-square-foot building is now completely occupied, according to a statement. The Bulfinch Group also occupies offices at 140 Kendrick St. in Needham.

Executive Vice President James Elcock and Assistant Vice President David Goodhue of Colliers Meredith & Grew represented the landlord, F.P. Giglio Enterprises. Senior Vice President Bradley McGill and Associate Michael Olson of Jones Lang LaSalle represented The Bulfinch Group. Specifics of the lease transaction were not disclosed.
