John H. Clifford has joined the executive team at Brockton’s The Community Bank as chief financial officer.

Clifford previously served as president and CEO of Bank of Fall River in Fall River. He was active in the community serving as chair of the board of directors of the Fall River Chamber of Commerce, board member of the United Way of Greater Fall River and the President’s Council of Southcoast Hospital Systems.
