The Cronin Group, based in Boston, has leased 8,400 square feet of retail space in Burlington. Burlington-based Nordblom Co. completed the lease.
The Cronin Group will use the space, located on 3rd Avenue, to open the sports-themed Tony C’s restaurant in the town’s 4.6 million square foot Northwest Park mixed-use redevelopment.
The 3rd Ave retail-walking street will be anchored by Wegmans and Kings Bowl.
