The latest press release from Woburn real estate stalwart The Dolben Co. has Sara Scarborough Graham’s contact information at the top. That’s because the company announced her hiring as its new marketing director.

Graham will be responsible for developing and driving the 80-year-old company’s marketing strategy, "as well as developing property marketing plans for individual communities," the company said in the press release.

Graham has more than a decade of real estate marketing and public relations experience. She was most recently director of marketing at Northland Investment Corp., a privately held, fully integrated real estate investment and development firm.

"Sara’s deep experience in real estate marketing and public relations, combined with her passion for social media, makes her a great addition to The Dolben Company," said Thomas D. Beaton, vice president of property management. "We are very excited to have her on board and look forward to her contributions."
