The Fenway Group, a full-service printing and graphics communications company, has renewed its lease and is expanding its space by 50 percent at 870 Commonwealth Avenue on the Boston-Brookline boundary. 

Upon completion of renovations, Fenway’s space will increase from 10,000 to 15,000 square feet.

Lease negotiations were managed by Richard McKinnon, brokerage services director at The Grossman Cos.

The property’s landlord, the 860-872 Commonwealth Ave. Trust, is also renovating unoccupied spaces at the property totaling 11,600 square feet. Other tenants in the building include East Coast Alpine, Audio Concepts, 7-Eleven and a Sovereign Bank ATM.
