The MENTOR Network, a nationwide web of local human services providers, has leased 13,500 square feet in North Andover.
The move to Ozzy Properties’ Osgood Landing will add about 50 jobs to the Boston-based company, according to a statement.
"We are looking forward to moving in to the Osgood Landing site over the coming months," said Ned Murphy, CEO of The MENTOR Network. "And we’re confident that this new administrative services center will allow those on the front lines to focus on what they do best-providing direct support to the people we serve."
"This is great news especially in these trying economic times," said Curt Bellavance, community development director for North Andover. "To hear that approximately 50 employees will be coming to town over the next year is very exciting."
The MENTOR Network will move to space formerly occupied by Lucent Technologies’ engineering and administrative departments. Construction is expected to start soon with a target occupancy date of November, said Ellen Keller, vice president of commercial real estate for Ozzy Properties.
