The Salter School has signed a 10-year office lease for 17,469 square feet in Quincy.
Adam Subber, Dan Sullivan and Chris Crooks of Boston-based CresaPartners represented The Salter School in the lease for an office located at 1250 Hancock St. It’s located in a 349,085-square-foot building where Harvard Vanguard is the lead tenant. This is a new location for The Salter School, which has other locations in Malden, Tewksbury, Fall River and New Bedford.
For over 60 years, Salter has been a private school offering training to help students prepare for professional careers in business, health care and computers.
The landlord, TR Presidents Place, was represented by Ellison Patten of Lincoln Property Co.
According to David Colozzi, Salter’s Regional vice president, this is an excellent location since it will enable the school to service students from local South Shore communities as well as Boston. He cited the close proximity to downtown Quincy, the MBTA Red Line and convenient parking.
The space is being built out now, with project completion expected in the fall and enrollment planned for early 2011.
