South Boston’s The Terrier Group has acquired a local realty group and agent.

The Terrier Group acquired Bluechip Realty Group and well known agent M.T. Fox. Bluechip was one of the premier real estate brokerages in South Boston with more than $60 nillion sales in the last five years.

Fox has been one of the top agents in South Boston for the last 20 years, with more than $40 million in sales in the last five years.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
