The Warren Group, publisher of Banker & Tradesman, has purchased the assets pertaining to Manchester, N.H.-based real estate data and publishing company Real Data Corp. (RDC). RDC has collected and distributed real estate public records in New Hampshire since 1977 and Vermont since 1987.

The acquisition will allow The Warren Group to broaden its reach into New Hampshire and Vermont and to offer local customers a comprehensive set of products and services. The Warren Group and RDC worked together for many years prior to the acquisition.

RDC offers online searchable databases as well as detailed information on property, sales, mortgages, foreclosures, liens and bankruptcy transactions. It also publishes The Registry Review, a newspaper of public records. The New Hampshire newspaper will continue to be published weekly, with a new design to be unveiled in February 2015.
