Three new leases totaling 13,000 square feet have been executed at 211 Congress St. in Boston.

The Gerson Lehrman Group, a consulting company, leased 6,483 square feet of office space, according to a statement. The landlord, Synergy Investment & Development, was represented by Jon Freni of CB Richard Ellis in the lease transaction. Kevin Kennedy, also of CB Richard Ellis, represented the tenant.

IT firm Oxford International leased 3,340 square feet. James Topper, of CresaPartners, represented Oxford International in the lease transaction.

RLA Assoc., an assistive technologies networking company, leased 3,143 square feet. Matt Godoff and Jason Cameron, of Grubb & Ellis, represented RLA Assoc. in the lease transaction.

Synergy was represented in the Oxford International and RLA Assoc. transactions by Kevin Kennedy and Jon Freni, of CB Richard Ellis.
