Synergy Investment & Development has leased 13,873 square feet of office space at 109-115 Broad St., and 141 Tremont St., in Boston to three new tenants.
Standard Parking, a national provider of parking facility management services, leased 4,200 square feet of space at 109-115 Broad St. Lauren Lipscolm of CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant in the transaction.
Also at 109-115 Broad St., Sensorlogic, a developer of machine-to-machine applications platforms, leased 4,200 square feet of space. Graham Allison of T3 Assoc. represented Sensorlogic in the transaction.
Nanigans, a social advertising optimization service, leased 5,473 square feet of space at 141 Tremont St. The company was represented by John Caroll III of Colliers International.
Jason Cameron, vice president, and Matthew Godoff, associate, both members of Grubb & Ellis Co.’s office group, represented Synergy in all three transactions.
