Three companies have renewed and signed leases totaling about 60,000 square feet in Cambridge, bringing the office building to full occupancy.
Most recently, IHS, a global source of information and insight on finance and the economy, renewed and expanded its 42,800-square-foot office lease at 55 Cambridge Parkway.
The tenant was represented by Joseph P. Flaherty, executive vice president and managing partner, as well as, Benjamin W. Coffin, assistant vice president, both at Colliers Meredith and Grew.
CSP Associates, a provider of strategic and transaction advisory services to corporations and financial institutions in the aerospace, defense, homeland security markets, renewed and expanded its 7,700 square-foot-lease.
Scientia Advisors, which advises companies in the life sciences industry, signed a new 7,000-square-foot lease and relocated from One Main St. in Cambridge to 55 Cambridge Parkway.
The tenant was represented by Ted Lyon, senior vice president at FHO Partners.
John D. Miller, senior vice president and area director, and Jeffrey C. Moore, assistant vice president, both of Lincoln Property Co., represented the investment manager, Invesco Real Estate, in the transactions.
"Although the asset has consistently remained well occupied for quite some time, we are very pleased that 55 Cambridge Parkway is now fully leased," said Miller. "Full occupancy is always the goal when leasing an asset, but attaining the tenant base 55 Cambridge Parkway has is a welcomed bonus."
Genzyme Corp. is the anchor tenant in the building occupying approximately 114,000-square-feet.
