Three companies have leased more than 8,000 square feet on Lincoln Street in Worcester.

Glickman Kovago & Co. brokered three leases at 560 Lincoln St. ranging in size from 1,200 square feet to 4,300 square feet.

Pleasant Smoke Shop will occupy 1,200 square feet at its second location in Worcester. The shop will offer a large selection of roll/make your own, premium and domestic cigars and pipe tobacco. David V. Cohen represented both parties in the transaction.

BMG Operations leased the 2,950 square feet of retail space, expanding its business from North Carolina to the New England area opening stores in Worcester and Springfield. The store, Worcester Cyber Café, is slated to open Dec. 1. Mark Johns of Glickman Kovago & Co. represented the lessee and David V. Cohen represented the owner, Saddlebred LP in the transaction.

All About Home Furnishings, which leased 4,300 square feet will open its second store in Worcester. The other location is on Park Avenue. David V. Cohen represented both parties in the transaction.

560 Lincoln Street is 22,240 square feet and is now fully leased. Other tenants include a liquor store, AutoZone, United States Post Office, tanning salon and a convenience store.
