Boston’s NAI Hunneman has brokered three leases totaling 8,646 square feet of office space on Congress Street in Boston.
Accounting firm Tulis, Miller & Co. LLP leased 3,662 square feet of office space at 313 Congress St. The landlord, Brickman Assoc., was represented by NAI Hunneman Senior Vice President Jeffrey Becker, and Bill Crean of CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant.
Corporate tax consulting firm The Gagnon Group leased 2,965 square feet of office space at 230 Congress St. Becker represented the tenant in the transaction, and Jeff Gates of Colliers Meredith & Grew represented the landlord, Loring Wolcott & Coolidge.
Stevens Advertising Assoc. leased 2,019 square feet of office space at 330 Congress St. Becker represented the landlord, Brickman Assoc. and Derek Losi of UGL Equis represented the tenant.
