NAI Hunneman has brokered three office leases, totaling 4,308 square feet, at 376 Boylston St. in Boston.

Prospect Mortgage LLC, a Sherman, Calif.-based national mortgage banking firm with 240 retail locations, including joint ventures, leased 1,250 square feet of office space.

Gibson Associates, a laboratory furniture and airflow products supplier throughout New England, leased 1,996 square feet of office space.

American Innovative, a developer of innovative in-house product design and manufacturing and custom product development services, leased 1,062 square feet of office space.

Bonny Doorakian, senior associate at NAI Hunneman, represented the landlord, 376 Boylston Street Realty Trust, in all three transactions.

NAI Hunneman serves as an exclusive leasing agent for the 36,424-square-foot office building located in the heart of Boston’s Back Bay district, according to a statement.
