Three tenants have leased a total of 23,903 square feet this quarter at the New England Business Center in Andover.
Little Sprouts Growing Center signed a new 5,288-square-feet lease at 15 New England Business Center. Two additional tenants renewed their leases. Meadowbrook/TPA Assoc. renewed its 15,259-square-foot lease at 10 New England Business and Andover Personnel renewed its 3,356 square foot lease at 35 New England Business Center.
MARIC Inc. has owned and managed the 237,000-square-foot master-planned office park since December 2012. CBRE/New England’s Kerry Olson Hawkins, first vice president, represented the landlord in all of the transactions. Cresa’s Joseph Doyle represented Meadowbrook/TPA Assoc., a provider of workers’ compensation markets for independent insurance agents. Cushman & Wakefield’s Matthew Adams represented Little Sprouts Growing Center, a network of early education centers in and around Greater Boston and southern New Hampshire. Andover Personnel, an employment agency, was self-represented.

New England Business Center is a four-building office park encompassing 42 acres of land. Amenities include an on-site Little Sprouts Daycare, a cafeteria and fitness room with showers and lockers.
