Thrive Bioscience Inc. has leased 7,500 square feet of lab, production and office space at 500 Cummings Center in Beverly.

The company, founded by Gary Paul Magnant, Thomas Forest Farb and Alan P. Blanchard, creates analytical and automation technology for the life sciences industry. Magnant is co-founder and former CEO of Sage Science, another Cummings Center tenant, and co-founder of the Life Science Consortium of the North Shore.

Cummings Center senior account manager Mike Farrell worked with Farb and tenant representative Kenneth Shaffer of the Shaffer Company on the lease. The center contains more than 400,000 square feet of space leased to nearly 50 biotech companies.
