Charlie Toczylowski and Doug Stevens have been named business development specialist and senior vice president, commercial real estate lending, respectively, at the Dedham Institution for Savings.

Toczylowski previously held positions as vice president and trust officer at Bank of New England and vice president, personal investment banking at The Boston Co., according to a statement. He also spent the last several years working in retail management and as a small business owner.

Stevens spent the last 33 years working at Brookline Bank. During the last 29 years there, he worked in commercial real estate, condominium association and consumer lending.
