Connecticut-based tool manufacturer and retailer Stanley Works has renewed its 39,000-square-foot lease at 335 Willow St. in North Andover for three years.
The 39,000-square-foot industrial building is situated on 3.56 acres, offers 10,000 square feet of office space and is situated in a well-landscaped industrial park, according to a statement.
James Stubblebine and Micah Stubblebine of The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International represented both the tenant and the landlord, Eastcon Realty LLC.
