Town Buys 1.3-Acre Property In Marshfield

Tony Vacca The town of Marshfield recently purchased the 1.3-acre property at 2148 Ocean St. in Marshfield from the Davis Family of Hanover, for $500.000.

Tony Vacca, a broker in the commercial division of Jack Conway & Co., represented the seller and procured the buyer.

The site consists of two parcels, one of which is the location of an unoccupied retail business, and the other is open space.
