TradeWinds Realty Group LLC, which assists buyers, sellers and developers with the marketing, purchase, sale of land and development of residential and commercial real estate, has leased 1,300 square feet at 124 Washington St. in Norwell.

The company selected the location "after much investigation into the abundance of units available throughout the Route 3 and Route 53 vicinity," said TradeWinds Realty Group owner Marybeth Mills Muldowney.

"I chose this location based upon its visibility from Route 53, high traffic count, abundant foot traffic, and updates made to the property in the past two years," said Muldowney. "It’s an excellent spot and very convenient for clients."
