Liliana Trainor has joined The Village Bank as manager of its Newtonville branch at 332 Walnut St.
Trainor previously served for 12 years as community banking officer at Benjamin Franklin Bank, working in the Newtonville office.
She is a graduate of Watertown High School and earned a degree in finance from Bentley College.
