BostonCoach has purchased a 2.5-acre parking lot at RiverGreen Technology Park, a planned 530,000-square-foot commercial campus along Air Force Road in Everett.

The private transportation services company will move about 100 jobs from its former 23,652-square-foot corporate headquarters at 70 Fargo St. in Boston to a new headquarters property at 69 Norman St. in Everett that abuts the new parking lot and RiverGreen, said Phillip Burgess, a broker for the technology park. 

Burgess said he is talking to a couple of large users now that could decide the 40-acre campus is an ideal location for a build-to-suit option, but confidentiality agreements prevented him from offering any more information. A map on the RiverGreen website shows pads for five buildings, two main parking lots and two new areas of Everett parkland. It also includes a mile-long bicycle path along the perimeter, much of which is along the Malden River.
