Truong Named VP At Commerce Bank

Commerce Bank has hired Jason Truong as vice president of corporate banking.

In this role, Truong is responsible for new business development for commercial and industrial clients in Greater Boston with loan size targeted up to $20 million. He will work from the bank’s branch on Boston’s Brookline Avenue near Fenway Park.

Truong has more than 15 years of financial services experience. He most recently was vice president and business banking officer for Eastern Bank. Before that, he was vice president, commercial lending officer, workout officer and OREO officer at First Trade Union Bank.
