The compliance division of the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) has extended its Chelsea lease in the HarborPoint Office Park for an additional 10 years.
"It makes us proud in Chelsea to have such a prestigious department based here," said Anthony J. Simboli, president and founder of AJSimboli Real Estate (AJSRE), which owns the 225,000-square-foot Chelsea building located off Everett Street.
AJSRE hosts several divisions of the TSA, according to a statement.
"This is another exciting honor for the city of Chelsea," said City Manager Jay Ash. "We are confident that TSA’s presence will strengthen our community, positively impact Chelsea’s image and potentially boost the economy."
