An accounting firm and recruitment company have leased 4,659 square feet in Andover.
The three-story, 88,024-square-foot office building located at 10 New England Business Center now has two office lease deals totaling 4,659 square feet. Melanson Heath & Co. renewed their 2,871-square-foot lease and SNI Cos. signed a new lease for 1,788 square feet, according to a statement.
"SNI Cos. will be an excellent addition to our roster of tenants and we are pleased that they have signed a long-term lease," said CB Richard Ellis’s Kerry Olson. "On top of that, we are thrilled to have Melanson Heath & Co. continue to call 10 New England Business Center home – their decision to renew the lease illustrates the value and benefit for tenants at New England Business Center."
The landlord, New Boston Fund, was represented by the CBRE team of Olson and Associate Robert LeClair. SNI was represented by Colliers Meredith & Grew’s Chris Lawrence and Brian Tisbert. Melanson Heath & Co. was represented by Tyler Ewing of Grubb & Ellis, according to a statement.
