Two tenants have leased a total of 23,035 square feet at 33 Boston Post Road in Marlborough.

Environmental Chemical Corp., which delivers construction, design-build, engineering, environmental remediation and munitions response solutions to government and commercial organizations, expanded and renewed to 18,231 square feet.

East Coast Cad/Cam, which builds and supports 3D computer-assisted design and manufacturing (CAD/CAM) software for the HVAC, sheet metal, piping and plumbing industry, leased 4,804 square feet on the 6th floor.

In both transactions, the R. W. Holmes Realty Co. Inc. team of Garry Holmes, Craig Johnston, and Jim Bartholomew represented the landlord, KS Partners. Environmental Chemical Corp. was represented by Hank Amabile and John Coakley of Grubb & Ellis. East Coast Cad/Cam was represented by Phil Desimone of Jones Lang LaSalle.
