Secured Realty and Capital Group Properties leased 29,158 square feet at Acton Woods at 100 Discovery Way in Acton. 

Everyday Solutions, a supplier of GPS-driven solutions for student transportation, will occupy 14,322 square feet and Wintriss Controls, formerly Honeywell’s Machine Control and Safety business, will occupy 14,836 square feet. 

Jack Kerrigan, executive vice president; Steve Cook, senior vice president; and John Coakley, senior associate of Grubb & Ellis Co. facilitated the transactions. Cushman & Wakefield represented Everyday Solutions. Wintriss was represented by National Asset Resolution.
