A medical research and ambulance company have leased a total of 47,600 square feet of office and manufacturing space at 11 State St. in Woburn.

Resin Designs, a developer and manufacturer of materials for cancer research studies, will occupy 25,000 square feet. Lifeline Ambulance leased 22,600 square feet, which will serve as its corporate office and dispatch center.

David Gilkie, senior vice president, and Michael McCarthy, assistant vice president at NAI Hunneman, represented the landlord, Woburn State Development LLC, an affiliate of Boston-based Fort Point Real Estate Co.

Paul Delaney of Grubb & Ellis represented the tenant, Resin Designs. Gilkie and McCarthy procured the tenant and represented Lifeline Ambulance.

The two-story, 58,800-square-foot commercial building is equipped with executive offices with private bathrooms, and an exercise room within the 20,000 square feet of office space. Additionally, the building has 38,000 square feet of high-bay warehouse space.
