A national logistics company and an auto auctioneer have leased a total of 55,000 square feet in Billerica.
The unnamed logistics company will occupy 35,000 square feet at 159 Rangeway Road. Lynnway Auto Auction, a dealer consignment auction, will occupy 20,000 square feet. Both tenants will occupy the space immediately, according to a statement.
"159 Rangeway Road is a very attractive location in the Route 3 North area," said CB Richard Ellis/New England’s David Corkery. "As such, we are seeing significant interest in the remaining 30,000 square feet of office and warehouse space. The building has excellent fundamentals: ample clear height and parking as well as an attractive brick exterior."
The CBRE/NE team of Corkery, first vice president, and Mark Reardon, executive vice president/partner, represented the landlord in both transactions. The logistics company was represented by Burgess Properties’ President Philip Burgess. Lynnway Auto Auction was represented by David Stubblebine, president of The Stubblebine Co.
