Two companies have leased a total of 7,800 square feet in Boston’s Financial District and Seaport submarkets.

Communications Media Advisors signed a 5,340 square foot lease agreement, relocating its headquarters to 100 City Hall Plaza. The boutique consulting firm focuses on the telecommunications, media and high tech industries, according to a statement.

Brendan Miller, assistant vice president in the Boston office of Lincoln Property Co., represented Communications Media Advisors (CMA) in the lease. Colliers International’s Kristin Blount and Lauren Vecchione worked with the landlord, Copley Investments.

"CMA was looking to take advantage of the tenant-friendly market, while accommodating future growth. Fortunately, we were able to find an opportunity that required minimal construction which made the deal feasible," Miller said.

In another lease handled by Lincoln Property Co. (LPC), Vittoria Industries North America Inc. executed a long-term lease agreement on 3,365 square feet at 285 Summer St. in Boston. Vittoria develops racing tires for all levels, especially cotton tires.

Miller and Jesse Flynn of LPC represented the tenant while Jones Lang LaSalle’s, Tom O’Regan and Patrick Nugent, negotiated on behalf of the landlord, Aegean Capital.

"Vittoria is thrilled with the design of their new space in the white-hot Seaport. John Kelly, president of Fusion Design, managed the project and all of its design services. They are going to have a very cool space," said Miller.

Following the lease, the building at 285 Summer St. is now fully occupied.
