BSC Group and Citizens’ Housing and Planning Association have renewed office leases totaling 14,839 square feet in Boston.

Both were represented by CresaPartners, according to a statement.

Mike Bannon and Rick Lowe represented BSC Group in a lease renewal at 15 Elkins St. BSC Group, a planning-structural-engineering firm, will continue to occupy 14,400 square feet on the third and fourth floors of the 56,000 square-foot office building. Reed Coughlin of Coughlin Real Estate Co. LLC represented the landlord, King Associations.

Mike Bannon and James Topper represented Citizens Housing and Planning Association (CHAPA) in a lease renewal at 18 Tremont St. CHAPA, a nonprofit organization for affordable housing and community development activities, will continue to occupy 4,039 square feet in the 202,033-square-foot office building. Patrick Nugent of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the landlord, BPG Properties.
