Two engineering firms have leased a combined 10,390 square feet at New England Business Center in Andover.

GHD, an international engineering firm, has leased 2,142 square feet on the second floor of 35 New England Business Center.

Vanasse & Associates extended its 8,247-square-foot lease at 10 New England Business Center.

CB Richard Ellis represented GHD and the building owner, New Boston Fund. Quincy-based Dickinson Development represented Vanasse & Associates Inc., according to a statement.

"We’re pleased to have attracted and retained two excellent tenants here at New England Business Center," said Paul Stuart of New Boston Fund. "These decisions speak to the park’s excellent location, top tenant amenities and strategic location in the Route 495 North submarket."

New England Business Center, a three-building 248,000-square-foot office park, was purchased by New Boston Fund in 2005 and is exclusively leased by CB Richard Ellis.
