Two apartment complexes in Milford and Framingham, totaling 46 units, have sold for $2.2 million.

NAI Hunneman’s Carl Christie, executive vice president and principal, and Dan McGee, an investment sales broker, represented the seller and procured the buyer in both separate transactions.

Green Way Realty trust acquired the property at 169 Medway Road in Milford for $1.05 million. The property consists of a 24-unit apartment building located on 1.34 acres of land. The building contains six one-bedroom units and 18 studios.

NAI Hunneman represented the seller, G&R Realty Trust.

A 22-unit apartment complex located at 115-135 Grant St. and 84-92 Lawrence St. in Framingham sold for $1.18 million. The site includes three apartment buildings located at the corner of Grant and Lawrence Streets. The property was purchased by VTT Grant Street. NAI Hunneman represented the seller, R&P Realty Trust, in the transaction.

"Both buyers plan to hold these buildings in their portfolios as rental properties," said Christie. "We’re very pleased with these transactions. Both had attracted a number of interested investors."
