Multi-Employer Property Trust, the real estate equity fund which owns Burlington Centre in Burlington, has leased 25,000 square feet of the 500,000 square-foot space to existing tenants.
CIRCOR International, a manufacturer of complex environment products, will relocate within the park, expanding into 20,463 square feet at 30 Corporate Drive.
TSMC North America, the world’s first dedicated semiconductor foundry, has also renewed its lease on the site, taking 4,486 square-foot space at 25 Corporate Drive.
CBRE/New England was the broker for the landlord. Kerry Olson Hawkins, first vice-president of CBRE/NE and partner Jason Levendusky represented the advisor for the landlord, Bentall Kennedy.
"Burlington Centre is a best-in-class office park on the Route 128 corridor," said Hawkins.
