Two companies have renewed leases totaling 27,868 square feet at The Center at Corporate Drive in Burlington.

Endurance International, a provider of cloud-based platform solutions for business owners, expanded its lease to 17,177 square feet at 10 Corporate Drive, and Global tax services firm Ryan renewed its 10,691-square-foot lease at 25 Corporate Drive.

Duggan Realty Advisors’ Jim Duggan represented Ryan, and Jones Lang LaSalle’s Matthew Daniels represented Endurance International. CBRE/NE’s Kerry Olson Hawkins, Jason Levendusky and Andy Majewski represented the landlord, The Davis Cos. and Principal Real Estate Investors.

The Center at Corporate Drive is a 620,000-square-foot, Class A office park situated on 47 acres off of Route 3A in Burlington. The office park consists of four buildings, 10, 25, 30 and 35 Corporate Drive, and a future development site for a fifth building.

The Davis Cos. and Principal Real Estate Investors purchased the park in September 2013. Recent enhancements to the park include collaboration spaces, a large cafeteria with conference facilities, activated outdoor green space and a high-end fitness center with yoga studio.

"While attracting new tenants is a key motivator, it is equally important that we keep our existing tenants satisfied. We are very pleased with the level of activity and hope to continue this momentum."
