600 Unicon ParkMonotype Imaging Holdings Inc. will expand and relocate within Unicorn Park in Woburn.

The company, a provider of custom fonts and typefaces for consumer devices, has signed a long-term lease for 42,250 square feet at 600 Unicorn Park Drive. Previously it had been headquartered at 500 Unicorn Drive.

Cushman & Wakefield executive directors Richard Ruggiero and Torin Taylor represented Monotype in the transaction. Landlord National Development of Newton was represented by Cushman & Wakefield’s executive director Matt Adams and director Rory Walsh.

The move within the park will minimize disruption to the company’s operations, Ruggiero said in a statement. Full occupancy is expected in early 2015.

Unicorn Park contains 600,000 square feet of office space in six buildings. It recently underwent a multi-million-dollar renovation adding three dining facilities, an outdoor patio and 4,000-square-foot fitness center.
