Boston’s UGL Services, a facilities maintenance services company, has added Stephen Rich, Joe Crowley and Michael Wolfson to its staff.

Rich, a 26-year industry veteran who specializes in representing tenants in the Boston central business district, has re-joined the UGL Services Boston office as a senior vice president, according to a statement. Rich was previously with T3 Advisors.

Crowley, a 10-year industry veteran, has also been appointed a senior vice president. He previously served as director at Newmark Knight Frank.

"I am very excited to be joining a company such as UGL Services," said Crowley. "This organization is growing and moving in the right directions."

Wolfson was named senior associate, according to a statement. He spent the previous four years with Chicago’s Marc Realty as a director.

UGL Services plans to add an additional 12 brokers to its Boston office.
