Uxbridge CenterCambridge-based Unison Realty Partners has acquired Uxbridge Center, a 75,985-square-foot, grocer-anchored shopping center in Uxbridge, for $11.25 million, the company’s fourth New England shopping plaza acquisition.

"We are extremely pleased to continue the growth of our company with the acquisition of a 4th shopping center in New England since our inception in 2010. Uxbridge Center contributes positively to our existing portfolio with its line-up of strong national credit tenants such as Hannaford Brothers and its tremendous potential value yet to be realized. We will thrive to make a positive contribution to the community and serve our tenants the best we can" said Karim Fadel, President of Unison Realty Partners. "The sales of the Hannaford store in excess of $30 million per year, the quality of the overall tenant mix and the upside potential are among many factors which contribute to the desirability of Uxbridge Center."

According to a statement, Uxbridge Center includes a newly renovated grocery store operated by Hannaford Brothers, a Bank of America, a Dunkin Donuts and a Papa Gino’s, among others.
